Pricing, and how builds are charged
You pay for the clients you build, once per client per tax year, and Build prep shows what a build adds to your bill before anything is read.

The standard price is on the pricing page. Billing in your account shows your firm's own rates, which are the ones you are invoiced by.
What you pay for
A return is one client folder for one tax year, and a client is charged when you build their sheet. Rebuild that client for the same year as often as you like; it is not charged again.
A joint return, or a household with dependents, kept in one folder is one client.
Connecting folders and listing clients cost nothing. A folder you never build is never charged, and business and information folders get no sheet and no charge.
Before you press build
Build prep's price line says what this press adds to your bill, worked out from your firm's own rates and the clients already charged. If this computer cannot reach your account, it says it cannot quote rather than guessing.

Keep each client in their folder
Taxably knows a client by their folder. Renaming or moving a client's folder, or starting over on a new computer without the old one's records, can make it a new client for billing. Where Taxably cannot tell whether a client was already charged, it asks you in Build prep or holds the charge for support to check, so you are not charged twice.
Invoices, your card and cancelling
You are billed monthly for what you built. Open Billing in your account at app.taxably.ai to see invoices, change your card or cancel. If that page does not open, email support@taxably.ai.
